Agri-Training.eu, a EU Leonardo Programme

Agri-training comprises a series of European agriculture vocational training initiatives aimed at stimulating entrepreneurship and business development in the rural areas.

Frelectra: vocational training in e-commerce and SME business development in the horticulture sector;

Agroplan: vocational training in farm management and planning, stimulating entrepreneurship and innovation

Agri-marketing: vocational training to improve agri-marketing skills and practices of farmers and rural entrepreneurs

All these initiatives have been supported by the EU Leonardo Programme, which aims at developing the quality, innovation and European dimension of vocational training systems and practices through trans-national co-operation.

Each initiative has developed vocational training material which can be downloaded free from the websites along with other information relating to the sector.

Leonardo da Vinci is the European Community's vocational training programme. It encourages collaboration between organisations involved in vocational training, aiming to improve the quality of training provision, develop the skills and mobility of the workforce, stimulate innovation and enhance the competitiveness of European industry.

Training in farm management and planning, stimulating entrepreneurship and innovation.

Vocational training to improve agri-marketing skills and practices of farmers and rural entrepreneurs.
